My 12 Week Programs


This program is suited to individuals who are new to the gym and has been designed to provide a safe and effective introduction to resistance training.

This program involves basic exercises that target major muscle groups and will help you build a foundation of fitness that can be built upon over time.

The beginner program includes:

  • 12 Week Periodised Program
  • Beginner Movements
    & Training Techniques
  • 3-Day Workout Split


This program is suited to individuals who have been in the gym for at least six months to a year, have a good understanding of proper exercise form and technique, and are comfortable performing a wide range of exercises in the gym.

This program is the perfect choice for individuals seeking a balanced physique, with a special emphasis on achieving an hourglass figure. This program incorporates more advanced exercises and higher volume than my beginner program.

The intermediate program includes:

  • 12 Week Periodised Program
  • Intermediate Movements
    & Training Techniques
  • 4-Day Workout Split


This program is suited to individuals who have been resistance training for at least a year, have already built a solid foundation of strength and fitness, have a good understanding of proper exercise form and technique, and are comfortable performing a wide range of exercises in the gym.

This program is specifically designed to help you achieve an hourglass figure. This program goes beyond my beginner and intermediate programs, incorporating more complex exercises and training techniques.

The advanced program includes:

  • Advanced Movements
    & Training Techniques
  • 5-Day Workout Split

Custom Programming

If you’re looking for a workout program personalised to your individual needs and goals, I offer custom workout programs so you can still achieve you goals safely and effectively.

My custom workout programs are suited to individuals at any fitness level, from beginners to advanced athletes, who have specific fitness goals or unique needs that may not be addressed in a pre-designed workout program. My custom programs are designed specifically for you based on your fitness level, goals, schedule, and any other factors that may impact your ability to exercise.
