Advanced Program


This program is suited to individuals who have been resistance training for at least a year, have already built a solid foundation of strength and fitness, have a good understanding of proper exercise form and technique, and are comfortable performing a wide range of exercises in the gym.

This program is specifically designed to help you achieve an hourglass figure. This program goes beyond my beginner and intermediate programs, incorporating more complex exercises and training techniques.
