Intermediate Program


This program is suited to individuals who have been in the gym for at least six months to a year, have a good understanding of proper exercise form and technique, and are comfortable performing a wide range of exercises in the gym.

This program is the perfect choice for individuals seeking a balanced physique, with a special emphasis on achieving an hourglass figure. This program incorporates more advanced exercises and higher volume than my beginner program.
